So today the UPS man brought me a very happy surprise....the "sweet baby" album (that I ordered like 3 weeks ago and had almost forgotten about) was delivered to my front doorstep. (and why don't they ring the doorbell? they just drop the box and drive away...luckily I was in the living room and heard it) ANYWAY, I am super, super, super excited because now I feel like I can start working on one of my '09 resolutions..... to get Lauren's baby scrapbook completed before she is 1 (and much easier and more fun than my resolution to exercise!!) I ordered the kit from www.creatingkeepsakes.com for about $45 it includes EVERYTHING (and then some) that you need to make a first year album for a boy or girl....you just add the album. It's so simple! No, I am not making any money from singing it's praises, but if there are any other time-crunched scrapbooking mommies out there, I'm just letting you know that this kit is wonderful! If I were to try to buy all of the paper, stickers, page protectors, etc. that this comes with....we are talking well over $150!! So this is a good deal.....at least that is what I am planning to tell Jason when he asks me why I felt the need to buy something right after Christmas! I will update you on the status of Lauren's album....so far I have just opened the box, taken out all of the little fun pieces inside and just smiled with glee and excitement! I can't wait to get started!! Note to Lauren....take longer naps so mommy can be productive!! :)

Hmm, I might have to check this out. I need some more "stuff" for Sarah Kate's album (that I haven't started yet, but I do plan to be more productive in that department this year too). How many pages does it make?
