yummy, yummy pizza!!

On Friday,  I shared a a recipe for pot roast as part of Kelly's "Show us your dinner recipes."  I also did my share of recipe "stealing" from other bloggers who had linked up.

Tonight, I made the most yummy pizza ever using the recipe I found here.

Oh, my goodness!  It was so good!

I have NEVER attempted to make my own bread or pizza crust from scratch (like, using yeast and warm water, etc.)  I usually will just buy the canned pizza dough or a mix.

But after making this and seeing how easy it was (and how yummy it turned out!)  I don't think I will ever go back!! :)

I wish I had a picture to share, but after Jason, Lauren, and I dug into it... (and stuffed it in our mouths)
it didn't look very pretty any more!

But, go over to Megan's blog and get the recipe for yourself!  You WON'T be sorry! :)

You are too kind! I'm so glad you enjoyed the pizza! It was my grandaddy's recipe. He passed it on to my mom, and she passed it on to me.

I scrolled through your blog, and you're daughter is just precious!

Thanks for stopping by my blog during Friday's Show Us Your Life!! Perhaps I'm partial because it's my own name :) but I love the name Sarah Elizabeth. When I got married and changed my name people asked me why I didn't keep my maiden name as my middle name ... but I like Sarah Elizabeth too much!!

Anyway, I will definitely be trying out that roast soon!!

Haha, my husband and I were born and raised in the north, but are living in Atlanta so I can do my masters - we had NO IDEA how big SEC football was until we came down here!!

when I make pizza I always use the box of jiffy pizza dough that you just add water to, but Jeremy uses Alton Brown's pizza crust recipe and it's so yummy.

we'll have to try this one too. we're homemade pizza junkies.
