"ketchup" post

Since I haven't posted for a while, it's time for a little "ketchup" post... you know..."catch up?"  Ok, ok- I figure everyone understood, but just in case! :)

Soooo... last weekend, Jason's brother, Jeremy and his wife, Ashley came to visit us.  Jeremy and Ashley also have 2 boys.  Logan is 3 and Aiden is about 4.5 months.  So, if you are doing the math, that makes 7 people in our 2 bedroom, less-than-1000 sq. foot- apartment!!  Wow.

We really did have a good time, though!  We took the kids to the park twice, we ate bbq at moonlite, went ice skating at "The Edge" and played and played and played.  I think it took me all week to recover.  My nephew is an energetic boy! Which, for us, is a big change compaired to our quiet little girl!

Want to know how many pictures I took of our fun?  ZERO!  I kept forgetting my camera and between keeping up with sippy cups, diapers, bottles, snacks and car seats for 3 kids, we were way too busy to take any pictures! :(

I guess Jeremy and Ashley will just have to come back again soon!

This past week was also our first full week babysitting Baby K.  It seems like we have missed a day here or there during every week for holidays or illness, but last week was M-F.  Lauren didn't know what to do this morning when she woke up to no baby!  Bless her little heart.  I guess we need to think about getting her a sibling? Ha!

Here they are celebrating Dr. Suess' Birthday!
Notice how Lauren looks like she's "up to no good!"

Lauren is apparently giving Baby K a makeover in this pic...

Here they are playing "babies"

Lauren loves to feed her babies!  She is a good mama.. she always takes a "taste" of the bottle before she feeds the baby!  Haha!
I think it's funny that she has learned so much about bottles from Baby K.
She wants to try to hold the bottle for Baby K while she drinks! :)

And here is my little "Hollywood".  She is such a mess!

Lauren is starting to have an opinion when it comes to her clothes, and on this day she wanted to wear this dress and her socks- no tights, no shoes. Just the dress and socks. Oh well, we weren't leaving the house, and I have to "choose my battles", right?

OMG. Kerrigan has that same outfit! (brown and white polka dot overalls.) Only hers is like ten times smaller.
