looking back....

One year ago today, I had been to the doctor for my 36 week checkup and was put on "modified" bed rest (no more teaching, not more shopping at Target for baby stuff) because of elevated blood pressure and some swelling in my feet.

(Might have had something to do with the fact that my classroom had NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was 90 DEGREES and I was PREGNANT!!)

But I digress!

So I spent the weekend on the couch; Jason fussed at me everytime I got up, and I was irritated because I had things to do....and resting wasn't one of them!

Now I look back and think "Sarah, you should have rested and watched tv and let Jason wait on you all weekend; because 2 days later, your resting days were gonna be over until the Lord calls you home!"


And, I kept having these annoying sharp pains on my side (um, contractions, anyone?)
