I'm gonna be an Auntie (again!)

I forgot to mention in my last post that this is a very important day! Today my younger sister, Susie goes to the doctor for her "boy or girl" ultrasound!! I am so excited!! I kinda am hoping she has a boy, since we had a girl and there would be one of each for the grandparents. BUT, how fun would it be to have another little girl for tea parties and dress up? So.... she will be calling me sometime later this evening for the big news and I will update ya'll later on tonight.

Update: Susie called... and it's a GIRL!! Woo hoo!! Lauren will have another girl cousin to grow up with!! Yeah! :)

Gotta get busy packing up clothes, etc. to mail to her!!

She requested another video of Lauren, who chose not to cooperate today. (Please ignore the chocolate teddy graham goatee' that she is sporting.)

And yes, that is my cell phone that she plucked from my purse when I was trying to catch her on video!

We love you, Aunt Susie. Can't wait to hear the news!! (And of course, we are praying for a healthy baby either way!!)

AND, I just wanted to add, that I was in CVS the other day getting Lauren some baby Motrin (2 more teeth are on their way). I happened to pass the aisle where they sell "contraceptives" and home pregnancy tests in my attempt to find the Motrin.

The sign above these things was labeled "Family Planning." Is that funny/weird to anyone else but me?? :) I mean, I would wager that the majority of people purchasing some of those items is NOT planning a family.

Or maybe that's what it means. Hmmm... Maybe it should say "Unfamily planning." Or NOTplanning a Family.

Or something. :)
